The Deceived Bride

There’s something missing in much of the modern church. How does a bride speak the name of her husband as though she knows him so well, and yet, knowing someone by name has nothing to do with intimacy.

I’m not a casual encounter. I’m not to be used in any way, as though such a thing is possible.

If you masquerade as though you know who I am, on what basis do you make such a claim?

It’s this life, a dependency upon anything but Me, that keeps us from existing together.

How far are you willing go to show Me that you love Me?

There are millions professing My name but even fewer hearing My voice. Let My love draw you in, word by word. If you aren’t willing to hear what I have to say to you right now, we do not have a relationship but there’s never been a better time to begin your new life.

My expectation is that you feel My embrace, your Father’s capable arms, waiting to hold My beloved…but it’s the sound of My voice that draws you into where I am. Where there is no discernment of My Spirit there is no truth to be lived out.
