I want you to move in Me, choosing to see what your Father is doing no matter where you are or how many people are in the room. In a crowded environment, I want you to prioritize being with your God. If you see people, you will not see God. This is a major reason why people have largely forgotten that I’m still speaking to them today. The focus has been shifted from intimacy with God to intimacy with the world in God’s name.

Am I the first portion of your day?
The way you spend your time is incredibly important to your overall spiritual growth and development. If you aren’t practicing listening to what I’m saying to you, other conversations will take precedence over being present with Me. The focus you place upon what you see around you will determine how much you notice what I’m doing within you.
You must look within first to see Me. This doesn’t mean that My attributes cannot be found in the world around you, only that you must know who I am in you before you can truly appreciate what you’re surrounded by. The evidence of My goodness is all around you…but it’s also inside of you, My child.
So many people neglect to take notice of what matters to Me because they are busying themselves with doing things for Me. Did you catch that? You can completely miss what I’m doing at this moment if you’re trying to fill your time doing things that I haven’t asked you to do.
What are your plans today? Have you included your Father in your schedule?
I guarantee I have something to say about your life that you may not realize about yourself and what I have planned for you. I have such great things in store for you but you have to put Me first to take part in My blessings.
What good would it do for you to receive supernatural blessings and abundance from Me if you’re not seeing Me first right now?
The things I do always point back to Me…or it’s not Me, it only appears to be!
The only way to know for sure that you are in sync with My will for your day is to know what I’m saying right now in this present moment. The more you choose to give Me your full attention the more you’ll find Me in everything that surrounds you.
This isn’t about perfection or getting everything right, that’s the foundation of religion and it will actually keep you from discerning Me. The pursuit of holiness and righteousness can actually get in the way of achieving nearness to Me because you’re placing all of your attention upon your own effort and strength. The good news is how simple it is to redirect your attention and make the decision to patiently wait upon My next word.
Intimacy is not built in doing…
It’s not built in trying…
It’s not built in thinking…
It’s built in simply existing in your Father. This is REST! You live from and manifest My kingdom on the earth when you allow Me to be the first place you look!
